Dear Alison,
Thank you for your professional services conducted at my mums funeral.
The content was just right for the person my mum was and you were perfect in the way you conducted the affair. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting it all together. Everyone remarked at how pleasant it was and it gave family and friends great comfort.
