Scattering of Ashes at Sea

Many thanks and it was a memorable day – even the Oz lot said it looked one from the photos! Must admit the weather and a bit of a sea helped – plus a very good lunch at the Yacht Club.
My father would have been very happy and felt quite at home as a Nimbus was the boat they bought when they stopped sailing – which they did after a winch handle flew back and broke my mother’s nose!
I was more than happy with the service provided – only unhappy with the reason for it but 96 and a drink in his hand was not too bad!
I want to go onto a National Trust Bonfire – has that one come up on your “need to do” list yet?
