Alison Timms Funeral Celebrant

When my mother R P passed away in December 2015 it was her wish to have the service taken by a celebrant. Our funeral directors' Arthur Bryant of Bude, Cornwall, recommended Alison to us. Alison met myself and my brother and sister at our mothers home and spent a long time chatting to us and looking through old photo albums and building up a picture of our dear mother and of the sort of service we wanted to celebrate her life. On the day itself Alison could not have been kinder and gave a service that had us both laughing at places and in tears at others. It was a perfect balance and she even joined us afterwards for a meal to celebrate mum's life which was wonderful. In May 2016 we again invited Alison to take a short service when we buried R's ashes at a church in Bude. I did not realised she had moved but despite the 170 mile round trip she was delighted to help us reach closure by yet again delivering a wonderful send off for R. Alison gets 10 out of 10 from my myself and my brother and sister and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Alison for everything you did for us at a time when we needed you XXX
