You made the whole experience close & personal

Than you so much for taking the service yesterday. Somehow you made the whole experience seem close and personal. We have such a small family and dad had quite a small group of very loyal friends we could almost feel the emotion and comfort around us, like a big hug - gosh that sounds soppy! Comments were made that it was the best service they had ever been to.
The setting was perfect, as was the hotel afterwards, mum loved the views, and the weather played its part as well.
It was an extremely difficult day for mum but once again, thank you - when you are passing, you know where we are, please call in for coffee. It would be good to see you on a happier note.
